It covers key information about what we’re trying to build at Supra: what makes us unique, our norms, what’s included with the Supra membership, etc. Every new member is required to read this document before their first session.

The responsibilities of a Supra facilitator

The role at a high-level

Supra facilitators exist to provide structure to Supra our group Supra sessions and make adjustments based on each group’s needs. In short, Supra facilitators are accountable for their group’s experience.

At a high level, here’s what Supra facilitators are responsible for:

• Guide discussions and ensure discussions reach the necessary level of depth.
• Enforce the Supra norms
• Encourage introverted members to contribute.
• Organize and develop meaningful agendas. Every now and then, it’s ok to experiment with new formats (and less structure) if that’s what the group needs.

In the sections below, we’ll cover in more depth what these responsibilities look like in practice.
