First, do the following reading:

  1. 👋 Intro to Supra
  2. Supra facilitator's role and responsibilities

Other onboarding activities:

Part 1: Become familiar with the format and flow of the first session

As mentioned in the “Intro to Supra” doc, the first session is all about building trust and making sure the members get to know each other. Since there’s a lot to cover during that first question, we ask all the members to do some pre-work and prep to ensure we can move fast.

As a Supra facilitator, here are the three things you should do to prepare for session #1:

  1. Watch this recording, where I walk through the first session flow.
  2. Check out the deck for the first session
  3. (Optional) Attend the Q&A session with existing Supra facilitators happening the last week of March (exact day and time are TBD). The goal of this session is to allow new facilitators to ask clarifying questions and tips from existing Supra facilitators

Part 2: Shadow a regular session

We’ve found that the best way to onboard someone into facilitating a regular session is to shadow one of our facilitators to run a session. You need to complete your shadowing before your second session (~early Jan), so it’s fine to schedule the shadowing after your first session.

See below for some of the upcoming session dates. Please email Marc to let him know which one you can join:
